Refund policy

Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

We do not offer refunds unless an item is delivered faulty or damaged. 

Any faults reported after 48 hours of receipt of goods will not be accepted. 

All sale items are final, and are not eligible for a return. 

Once we receive your return, you will be provided with a store credit valid for 3 years for use storewide.

 

Tights

For hygiene reasons, fashion tights can not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as per the description. 

However, if you need to make a change to your order prior to shipment, please get in touch with us by emailing hello@avianathelabel.com. 

All queries need to be made within 24 hours of delivery. 

 

Gloves

For Australian Returns, please notify us  by email within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
For International Returns, please notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

All returns must be dispatched to us within 7 days after notifying us by email and a tracking number must be supplied.

Shipping costs for both Domestic and Overseas Returns must be borne by the client.

The gloves must be returned  in unworn and re-saleable condition in their packaging complete with their original presentation box.
